I'm finding taking a closer look at ants quite therapeutic. It gives me a moment's pause from my own self-centred agenda by helping me focus on something outside myself.

Ants are so steady and unperturbable, aren't they. It's inspiring how they go about their business, storing stuff for the future.

I want to do the same with my day-to-day experiences, ones that could become life lessons if I just stored them up somewhere.

This is one of my storage spaces.
